What people have said about Spike.

The output
Their seemingly keen interest in Spike Milligan's limited editions probably has another explanation. A search of their website reveals that SUNY do have a particular interest in poetry and have a special poetry collection and holds, they claim, one of the world's largest collections of poetry first editions and other titles, little literary magazines, broadsides and anthologies. Spike is amongst good company.
The second big collection is to be found at Trinity College, Dublin. They hold nine of the Milligan chapbooks and six of his broadsheets. The graph below compares the distribution of the various Libraries' Milligan limited edition holdings.

Toni's legacy
In the listing of the individual books and broadsheets I have included a table that has the price range at which I have found the various books advertised for sale or have sold at auction. Price for a Milligan signed copy is separate as the signature greatly increases the sale value. These items do not come up for sale or auction that often. There was one large auction of Milligan's limited editions in 2009 where sixteen separate items were sold; most auction values come from this auction. This auction was exceptional; most auctions with Milligan limited edition items are limited to one or two lots. Mostly auction price has been much lower than for sale price. There is not a high turnover of the items for sale; they tend to remain advertised for long periods. These price listings are not meant to represent the value of a book or broadsheet but they do give an indication of what the asking prices have been. If you want to collect these items be prepared to haggle but you will need to spend serious money to obtain most items. Blanks in the tables indicates I have not found the item for sale or at auction.
